CARDIO TRAINING TO LOSE WEIGHT!

The final results in terms of lost weight by physical exercise really depend only on a few things. And one of them is how this specific exercise affects your heart rate; in other words the most cardio training your exercise is, the more likely you are to reduce the amount of fat in your body.

Exercising is just like anything else in this world; it just has to be done right for it to work. And depending on what your aims are, you will pick specifically the type of exercise the best suited for prevailing condition. And as far as weight loss is concerned, there's one important thing you should not forget when picking the physical activity you want to and to your diet and other weight loss program tools: cardio.
                        

Cardio training is really as simple as the training of your heart and blood system. Just like dance training will make you a better dancer; cardio training will get your heart in better shape. Cardio training doesn't just refer to one training pattern, in particular; cardio training is the general action of raising the speed at which your heart beats by physical exercise.
So, of course, to a certain extent, most physical activities are cardio training. In fact, as long as you are active enough for your heart to start beating harder and faster than usual, no matter what you are doing, you are cardio training. Of course, cardio training has different effects and results; that can vary depending on how you cardio training is done.
Some activities will have quick boosts of intensity while overs provide a rather steady heart rate throughout the entire session. But it is imperative to consider what is the most efficient way for your heart to beat in order for your lose weight?
Well, put in front of the question, trainer and fitness coach Arnav Sarkar says: "For most people, 10-20 minutes of intense cardio, and 25-45 minutes of low-intensity cardio seems to work best without causing any overuse injuries." Low-intensity cardio will have you heart beating over 60% of its maximum, when high-intensity cardio can reach 90%.
Off course, if you are a newbie to physical exercise, no one is telling you to jump in your tracksuit and force your body to undergo that immediately. You will have to work your way up to that kind of intensity. Especially when one consider the fact that in order to lose about a pound or two a week, you should have at least 4 such sessions of exercise every week. So take it easy to start with, to make sure you can last the distance.
And a crucial point to watch when you start cardio training is the food. When you start exercising on a regular basis, your energy consumption will increase, but if you start eating more to adapt to your level of activity, be careful to keep your daily calorie count under your new basal metabolic rate, or you won’t be losing any weight at all!
